A Production Administrator will be tasked with coordinating activities involved with BB Production Department taking cues from BB production Management, you will be directly engaged with BB in house Planning Team. These include, but are not limited to, Production scheduling, ordering, raw material, Escalating Material shortages and inhouse expediting of available raw materials. Communicates with Purchasing teams to obtain product availability, and delivery schedule. Expedites Raw materials, Floor stock including packaging materials provides monetary metrics, and other requests as needed. Manages return to vendor product in accordance with the goals of the company.  Production Administrator and the Production Management team is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the production process. Duties include a specific focus on the materials and goods required in BB production.


  • A minimum ogf 0-2 years experience.
  • Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage
  • Aid Production Management and supervisors in backorder deadlines based on Production Planning teams expectations.
  • Identify and resolve and /or relentlessly escalating Via Email and Phone calls to resolve problems relating to inventory in a swift manner.
  • Produce reports based on findings and performance of productions ability to close PWO’s
  • Maintain current knowledge of Backorder products and on demand production kits.
  • Collaborate with Production Management in dialogue to Quality department issues regarding Raw materials in production
  • Plan, schedule, and most of all expedite raw materials from purchasing to fulfill production build requirement.
  • Aid in developing cost cutting measurements by increasing efficiency in production pick kit arrival times.
  • Increase work efficiency by implementing strategic kit sizes
  • Collectively work with the production team so that the created schedule goals are met.
  • Work Directly with Production Management in scheduling of production builds
  • Maintain current knowledge of Backorder products and on demand production kits.
  • Help and expedite raw and or consumable materials directly from vendors, (Boxes, inserts, Bags)


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong proficiency in SAP
  • Ability to work often with others in a team environment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written in English
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to effectively communicate to all cross functional groups.
  • Must have comprehension skills in English.
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion to avoid corrective action.
  • Experience with factory and/or manufacturing processes
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Need to be organized and detail oriented.
  • Proficiency with standard desktop computer software such as, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
