    Crestron Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Test Engineer. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast growing organization.


    We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional Engineer to support the Test Engineering Department and oversee its operations. In this role, you will assist in a firm that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture.

    We will look for you to showcase your intuitive interpersonal skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and proven leadership to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and maximize workflow.


    • Understand and apply best DFT practices applicable to In Circuit test
    • Develop test plans and test procedures for ICT (HP3070) and Flying prober (Spea)
    • Develop proficiency in ICT/FP test strategies 
    • Work with the PCBA test team and design engineering to test and debug product features during new product introduction
    • Identify design opportunities in PCB layouts that are conducive to maximized coverage and repeatability
    • Ability to resolve technical issues that occur in production or contract manufacturers
    • Implement and deploy ICT test solutions at Contract Manufacturers
    • Other duties as assigned 


    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
    • At least 3 years in electronics industry (manufacturing or design)
    • Comprehensive understanding of electrical test methodologies and techniques specifically In Circuit Test and/or Flying Prober
    • HP 3070 or Keysight Medalist i3070 programming proficiency is a must 
    • Strong knowledge about electronics design CAD tools like PADS or Xpedition and CAD import/export processes
    • Test Expert (formerly Fabmaster) knowledge is a plus
    • Understanding about test manufacturing processes, and other electronics industry process and methodologies
    • Familiarity with instrumentation used for electronics & testing (i.e. AC power supplies, electronic loads, power analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.)
    • Cross-functional team work experience
    • A passion for quality and excellence
    • Ability to travel 5%-10% (within North America)
