    Crestron Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer Intern for the Summer of 2019! This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast growing organization.


    We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional Mechanical Engineer Intern to support the Engineering Services Department. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a career in Control Systems/Consumer Electronics in a firm that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture.


    • Perform assignments requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria to carry out engineering tasks.
    • Prepare engineering related calculations, develop CAD drawings and prototypes
    • Assist with the mechanical design of Control Systems/Consumer Electronics
    • Work under supervision of the Mentor
    • Working knowledge of ProE a plus.
    • Special projects as assigned


    • Will be pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design
    • Should be interested in a career in Control Systems/Consumer Electronics
    • Must be organized, positive, have a professional attitude
    • Must be detail oriented and possess good time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize competing projects and deliver with confidence in a fast-paced environment
    • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational sense
    • Motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office
