    This position is working on an electronic assembly line responsible for ensuring that the components are installed correctly on to a PCBA using commonly used concepts, processes and procedures. Electronic Assemblers incorporate a wide variety of components including but not limited to, resistors, capacitors, IC’s, inductors, and connectors of various kinds, utilizing their hands and hand tools including as required by the detailed work instructions.


    • Read, interpret and follow written work instructions or procedures to accurately assembly products.
    • Utilize hands to install components.
    • Ensure PCBA meets visual and mechanical criteria of production documentation
    • Make sure components are received from Prep Dept.
    • Use of tools such as Screwdrivers, hand cutters, and pliers as needed by work instructions.
    • Must be familiar with ESD principles and procedures
    • Other job specific tooling as required by departmental SOP
    • Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
    • Ensure products are assembly according to work instructions and procedures.
    • Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area following 5S
    • Ability to follow real time schedule per assembly.
    • Perform other duties /projects as assigned.


    • Knowledge of electronic components and the ability to work in a production line environment required.
    • 1-2 years mechanical experience required
    • Experience reading a Bill of Material document and assembly drawing
    • Knowledge of IPC standards would be an asset.
    • Must be a self-motivated individual and work well in a team environment.
    • Must be willing to work on 2nd shift (5:00pm to 1:30am)
    • Must be able to legally work in the US without sponsorship.
    • Be able to lift 30-40lbs unassisted
    • Other Duties Assigned
