    Overview

    Crestron Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Summer 2019 Intern in our Engineering / Logistics department!  This internship is a fantastic way to gain valuable experience with a dynamic and fast growing organization.

     

    The intern will work with our cloud-based systems for engineering development to pull data from these system for analysis and to create custom integrations. This individual will also work with an engineering tools team that supports these tools for the engineering community.

    Responsibilities

    Candidate will be responsible for:

    • writing software code that uses the Rest API to extract data and prepare data for analysis
    • creating custom dashboards
    • using data analytics tools to present reports based on the data
    • other projects as assigned

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Rising junior or senior in a 4-year college or university program
    • Previous coding experience
    • Enrolled in an Engineering or Computer Science major
    • Direct experience with the RestAPI is desirable
