    We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional Human Resources Administrator to support the HR department. In this role, you will assist in all aspects of the HR function in a firm that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture. We will look for you to showcase your intuitive interpersonal skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and proven leadership to streamline administrative processes, increase office efficiency, and maximize workflow.


    New Hire & Off Boarding Administration

    • Prepare new hire paperwork.
    • Term process (prepare off boarding letters).
    • Send out exit questionnaire, schedule exit meeting and collate responses.

    HR Administration

    • HRBP Inbox Correspondent (screen and respond to employee emails)
    • Modify or add direct deposit & modify W4s forms
    • Employment & Mortgage Verifications
    • Respond to DOL fact finding calls/hearings
    • Record disciplinary actions in ADP

    Employee Action Notice (EAN) Administrator

    • Input EAN changes in EV5
    • EAN for Compensation Determine & enter external job id numbers
    • Determine & enter external survey codes for resources
    • Enter changed variable compensation dollar amount
    • Determine & enter director field
    • Generate reports for data integrity

    Cornerstone Administration (performance, learning, development plans, org charts)

    • Generate daily reports and organize for performance assessment of outstanding approvals
    • Generate daily reports and organize for compensation assessment of outstanding tasks
    • Generate 90 days’ performance appraisal for new hires
    • Assess LOA report to determine exemptions from cornerstone perf/comp modules
    • Generate reports and display data in graphs


    HR Dashboard (includes HRBP monthly metrics)

    • Utilize Power BI to create graphs and data points

    Employee Relations & HR Activity Case Log

    • Organize ER data and generate reports
    • Maintain ER Files

    Assist other HR leaders in the department 


    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, major in business or human resources preferred.
    • 3-5 years of human resources experience.
    • Microsoft Suite proficiency, Microsoft Power BI preferred.
    • Strong communication and time management skills.
    • Bilingual Spanish a plus.
    • Ability to multitask.
    • Proficient in HR related systems (ADP, Cornerstone).
