    We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional Engineering Process and Tools Engineer (PLM Engineer) to support the Product Development organization in developing, deploying and supporting an enterprise PLM system. In this role, you will help develop new processes that minimize manual functions in a firm that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture.


    We will look for you to showcase your effective communication skills and understanding of the product development life cycle in order to design, plan and execute the transition to a corporate PLM system. The PLM system will unify design and other documentation vaulting and ease of coordination and communication across disciplines and projects.  This role will sit in our Global HQ in Rockleigh, NJ 07647 and be part of our Engineering Logistics Team.


    As part of the PLM team you will:

    • Define the PLM architecture and data schema.
    • Develop workflows that implement streamlined processes for managing engineering change.
    • Author, modify, and maintain product development and project management processes.
    • Develop and deliver training to introduce the PLM system to the engineering and supply chain communities.
    • Support ongoing use of the PLM system, including auditing use of the system to ensure proper practices
    • Identify continuous improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies toward improving results across all engineering disciplines
    • Special projects as assigned



    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; Masters preferred
    • A minimum of 6 years of hardware and software process development and support experience is required
    • Experience in PLM/PDM environments such as Windchill, Oracle/Agile or Enovia is required
    • Experience identifying, introducing, and supporting Engineering Tools is required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with, and include, others in the organization is critical
    • Project Management Professional Certification is a nice to have
    • Hands-on experience developing and/or managing a PLM environment is preferred
    • Demonstrated proficiency in project management and process improvement initiatives is preferred
    • ISO or other Quality process experience is a nice to have
