    We continue to experience rapid growth as we invest in resources and create new opportunities; as a result, we have exciting opportunities for a Regional Sales Associate in the Roswell, GA area.  

     


    Responsibilities

     

     

    • In this role the candidate will be handling inbound sales leads to convert leads into sales, or they will refer them to field representatives or partners, as appropriate. To achieve this he/she must meet or exceed assigned quarterly sales quota. Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers or to partners by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell solutions.  Meets outbound call metrics as set and measured on a monthly basis.
    • He/She will build and maintain customer and/or partner relationships, emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, prepares sales orders, and estimates date of delivery based on delivery schedules, coordinates customer and/or partner training.
    • This role will support respective sales team in areas such as quotation generation, customer follow-up and support, accessing information about specific customers and other support functions. Serves as a liaison between customers and/or partners and appropriate company departments to resolve customer and/or partner issues, such as accounts receivables.  Prepares reports of business transactions, enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database, overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers, investigates and resolves customer or partner problems.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer facing sales role required
    • Bachelors Degree in Business is preferred
    • Energetic, enthusiastic and the willingness and ability to travel 
    • Knowledge of Audio Visual / Presentation / Communications industry a plus
    • Knowledge of Computer/Internet and/or computer related industry a plus
