    We continue to experience rapid growth as we invest in resources and create new opportunities; as a result, we have exciting opportunities for an Application Engineer to join our team at our new, state-of-the art facility in Plano, Texas. 


    We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional Applications Engineer to provide problem resolution and education on hardware and software integrations. In this role, you will focus on providing outstanding customer-driven support in a firm that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture.



    • Maintain expert level knowledge of Crestron products and applications providing support to dealers via phone and remote applications
    • Respond to advanced/Tier 2 escalated calls and inquiries from dealers, partners and end-users
    • Actively drive and manage the technology and troubleshooting process
    • Identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues ensuring complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the process
    • Listen, understand and clearly develop a process for resolving customer issues
    • Resolve customer issues and difficulties in a manner that is consistent with Crestron’s mission, values, and financial objectives



    • Minimum two years of experience in computer networking and/or audio video integration required
    • BA/BS in Engineering discipline or similar Crestron Technical experience required
    • Equivalent professional experience in a similar controls industry role will be considered in lieu of a degree
    • Professional phone etiquette and demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong customer service orientation and personal drive to resolve dealer issues
    • C# or other programming experience are preferred
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
