We continue to experience rapid growth as we invest in resources and create new opportunities; as a result, we have exciting opportunities for a Technical Services Regional Manager to join our Crestron Northwest team in San Rafael, CA. 

 

We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional Technical Manager to oversee all responsibilities of the technical support team in the Northwest. In this role, you will focus on overcoming challenges and driving key performance indicators in a firm that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture.

 

We will look for you to utilize your exceptional communication skills and technical knowledge to facilitate our continued growth and expansion into new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Visit key accounts in territory and work with national accounts on key initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to answer questions and assist with projects in various stages of completion.
  • Develop new accounts of varying types including integrators, consultants, A+, EPP, etc. and assist with project conversion to Crestron product.
  • Managed assigned monthly projects through to close.

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 5 years of AV Installation/Services/Engineering experience 
  • Bachelors degree in technical discipline such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering may be considered in place of job experience
  • Experience in computer networking and/or audio video integration
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Crestron certifications preferred
  • Crestron product knowledge and programming experience preferred
  • 20% Travel
