We continue to experience rapid growth as we invest in resources and create new opportunities; as a result, we have exciting opportunities for a Regional Sales Associate to join our sales team in Rockleigh, New Jersey.


This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts and driving sales growth within your given territory.  


In this role, you will actively participate in the full life cycle of a sale; the sale, design, quotation, submittal and order closing process in a firm that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture. We will look for you to showcase your intuitive interpersonal skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and proven leadership to streamline processes, and maximize workflow.






  • This individual will handle inbound sales leads to convert leads into sales, or refers them to field representatives or partners, as appropriate.
  • All sales leads are managed through our enterprise application; experience with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus. 
  • This RSA will meets or exceed an assigned quarterly sales quota and will make outbound lead follow-up calls and meets outbound call metrics as set and measured on a monthly basis.
  • He/she will build and maintain customer and/or partner relationships, emphasizing salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, prepares sales orders, and estimates date of delivery based on delivery schedules, coordinates customer and/or partner training.
  • This individual will support respective sales team in areas such as quotation generation, customer follow-up and support, accessing information about specific customers and other support functions.
  • They will serve as a liaison between customers and/or partners and appropriate company departments to resolve customer and/or partner issues, such as accounts receivables. 
  • Additionally they will prepare reports of business transactions, enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database, they will overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.




  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business to business sales is required
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering is preferred
  • The successful candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and possess exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Audio Visual / Presentation / Communications industry a plus
  • Knowledge of Computer/Internet and/or computer related industry is also a pluds
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced team enviornment is essential
  • The ability to travel 20% nationally, as required by the business, is a necessity
