We currently have a great opportunity for a Test Technician who shares our passion for automation while joining a dynamic team in the fastest growing company in this segment.


This position requires extensive electronics, computer and mechanical aptitude. You will be expected to set a standard of excellence as you build and support computerized test stations, troubleshoot test problems, procure instrumentation and equipment for production, and assist the engineering staff in test design to build and assist in the design of production test systems as well as troubleshooting. Apply engineering theory and technical skills to support manufacturing engineering activities. Develop tools, implement designs and integrate machinery, equipment and computer technologies to ensure effective manufacturing processes.


  • Proven problem resolution and technical decision making skills
  • Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Basic knowledge of test instrumentation (DMM, Scopes, waveform generators, etc.)
  • Ability to assemble and maintain test fixtures (low complexity mechanicals)
  • Ability to solder, run cabling or wiring, create wire harnesses and basic circuit boards
  • Install and evaluate manufacturing equipment, materials, or components
  • Oversee equipment start-up, characterization, qualification, or release
  • Prepare layouts, drawings, or sketches of machinery and equipment such as shop tooling, scale layouts, and new equipment design using drafting equipment or computer-aided design software
  • Develop manufacturing infrastructure to integrate or deploy new manufacturing processes
  • Monitor or measure manufacturing test processes to identify ways to reduce losses, decrease time requirements, or improve quality/yields
  • Develop maintenance programs associated with automated test production equipment


  • Strong electronics and computer skill, including basic computer support and networking
  • Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Engineering Technology is required
  • A Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an engineering support role
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Basic understanding about computers, Windows OS and Linux OS
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Basic programming skills C and LabView preferred
