We continue to experience rapid growth as we invest in resources and create new opportunities, as a result, we have exciting opportunities for a Recruiter to join our Talent Aquistion team.  

 

This position will work with Hiring Managers supporting the Manufacturing, Engineering and Sales departments within the organization. This is a fast paced environment. Seeking a background of agency and corporate experience. 

Responsibilities

  • A strong relationship builder and influencer with candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Work with our hiring managers to understand their needs to accurately define the role we are looking to fill; crafting a process that will lead us to the right hire in a timely, efficient manner
  • Effectively source candidates using internet search engines, recruitment tools, and social media websites
  • Create a  candidate experience *LI-RK1

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Minimum 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience including at least 3 years as a corporate recruiter.
  • A solid understanding of a recruitment lifecycle including headhunting (via Linked In, calling and referrals), advertising, selection, assessment, offer management and on boarding.
  • Must have 3 years of proven experience in influencing and partnering with business leaders; experience in a complex business environment with multiple entities is a plus.
  • Have worked across different verticals including engineering, product, design, marketing, business systems.
  • Ability to work with highly sensitive material and possess good business judgment as it pertains to confidential information
  • A strong sense of organization and detail for task follow-up
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff/management
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong privatization and multitasking skills
  • Experience with iCIMS a plus, experience with an ATS a must
  • Understanding of employment law, compliance, and an interest in contributing to building a best in class recruiting function is required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
