  • In this role the individual will call on Key Accounts, providing product demonstrations, system design assistance and application based training

  •  In this role, you will support and provide a technical resource to the regional teams in a firm that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture.


  • They will help support the regional sales team, providing information on applications for our products, sales demonstrations and competitive information

  • Supplement market development efforts through the use of technical skills

  • He/She will deliver a technical version of the company message during customer visits

  • As well as collect and report customer successes, challenges, or other feedback to the Technical Director and Executive Director of the region



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
  • 5 years A/V experience in a highly competitive market
  • Crestron Certified Programmer including DMC-E Certification preferred 
  • Advanced Networking and Computer skills
  • Must be able to communicate complex technical information to people with varying levels of technical expertise
  • 60%-70% travel within the MidWest region
