We are searching for the best sales talent in Texas (Plano and Flower Mound), California (Cypress and San Rafael), Georgia (Roswell), Maryland (Fulton), New Jersey (Rockleigh), Florida (Maitland), Illinois (Schaumburg), Nevada (Las Vegas), Colorado (Greenwood Village) Washington (Seattle) and Arizona (Phoenix)



Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Candidate must have experience selling to the Commercial Network/IT marketplace, where our technology solutions simplify and enhance the lives of millions of people every day around the globe, including world leaders, CEOs, educators, corporate and healthcare professionals, and luxury home owners. Proven track record of successful sales in exact or related fields.  Candidate must be able to cover key markets of the listed territory, and develop a market for various product lines.  Ability to work independently with little supervision.  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


Job Specifications/Requirements:

  • An aggressive, motivated self-starter with an established skill set in consultative solution and relationship selling
  • Proven history in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships in the Commercial Market
  • Drive a clear and bold message that Crestron is investing in resources and creating new opportunities in the commercial space that enable dealers and partners to grow together
  • Must have demonstrated negotiation skills and be a strong closer
  • Excellent networking and communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including a strong familiarity with the Microsoft Platform
  • Strong understanding of technology trends and solutions within the commercial audiovisual marketplace
  • Understanding of reseller and channel business models and how they interact with manufactures.



  • Requires a minimum BA degree or equivalent and 5+ years successfully selling network/IT solutions into the Commercial space
  • Experience in selling network solutions to IT, facilities and real estate executives
  • Workspace Technology / AV experience highly desirable




Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future.
