Crestron Electronics, Inc. has an opportunity for an experienced Technician with experience in Automated Window Treatment Installation specialist to join our Shade Technical Support Team.


  • Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application via phone and onsite support
  • Provide product, design and specification development support to dealers.
  • Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.
  • Perform technical/ product training for dealers and targeted accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts and correspondence in company approved database.
  • Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects.



A bachelors of Science in Computers, Networking, or Electronic Engineering are strongly preferred but not required. 

In lieu of a formal degree Crestron would require 2-5 years of experience in any of the following fields:

  • Shade installations
  • Audio/Video Integration


 Required Skills: All applicants must possess:

  • Good written communication skills
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Basic networking skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time

Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
